On a grim morning, veils of doom descend,
Where desperation and grief know no end.
A slantwise line divides the scene in two,
From bottom left to top right, the line runs through.

In the upper triangle, thick and dense,
A blanket of silver covers all sense.
A desolate expanse where vision fades,
A spectral space where tribulation pervades.

The lower triangle holds rocks and trees,
Amidst the ashen gloom, they stand at ease.
Gnarled and weathered conifers in dark green,
Remain steadfast, strong guardians of the scene.

In desolate paradise, woe resides,
