Returns Policy


I replace prints only if they suffer damage.
The professional photo lab checks your picture by hand and gives it a protective cover. Then, they ship it in Art-secure packaging. Unfortunately, despite all the careful handling, they cannot exclude damage during shipping.
If you see any visible damage during delivery, check the print in the presence of the delivery person. Take photos of the damage and refuse acceptance. Of course, the damage does not always reveal itself from the exterior. If you detect damage after unpacking, take photos immediately and contact me.
