I replace prints only if they become damaged.
The professional photo lab checks your picture by hand and gives it a protective cover. Then they ship it in Art-secure packaging. Unfortunately, despite all the careful handling, they can’t exclude damage during shipping.
If you see any visible damage during delivery, check the print in the presence of the delivery person. Take photos of the damage and refuse acceptance. Of course, the damage is not always visible from the exterior. If you detect damage after unpacking, take photos immediately and contact me.
