Returns Policy


Prints are only replaced if they are damaged.
We check your print by hand and give it a protective cover. Then we ship it in Art-secure packaging. Unfortunately, despite all the careful handling, we can’t exclude damage during shipping.
If you see any visible damage during delivery, check the print in the presence of the delivery person. Take photos of the damage and refuse acceptance.
Of course, damage is not always visible from the outside. If you detect damage after unpacking, take photos immediately and contact us.
