I want you to feel confident when acquiring my artwork. Each print undergoes a thorough review by the professional photo lab. It receives a protective cover and ships in art-secure packaging. Due to this, I accept returns only for artworks arriving damaged.
What Products Qualify for Return
You may return:
- Prints arriving damaged during shipping
You may not return:
- Non-damaged prints
- Prints damaged after delivery through handling or storage
- Change-of-mind purchases
Return Timeframe
Report damage within 7 days of delivery.
Artwork Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or replacement, the artwork must:
- Match the condition from delivery
- Show shipping damage
- Remain unaltered, unframed, and unmodified
- Include clear photos showing the damage
How to Start a Return
Email me with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged print and packaging
If a package arrives with visible damage:
- Inspect it with the delivery person present
- Take photos
- Refuse delivery if needed
If you find damage after opening:
- Take photos right away
- Contact me within 7 days
After approval, I arrange a replacement.
Return Shipping Costs
If you find damage once the courier has gone, you cover the return shipping cost.
If you notice damage at delivery, do not accept the package. The courier will send it back to the professional photo lab.
Refunds & Exchanges
I do not offer refunds for non-damaged artworks.
For damaged prints:
