I do not accept returns for non-defective items.
Each print undergoes a thorough review by the professional photo lab. It receives a protective cover and ships in art-secure packaging. Despite these precautions, damage may still occur during transit. If you notice damage upon delivery, inspect the print in the presence of the delivery person. Take photos and refuse acceptance if necessary. If you discover damage after unpacking, take photos immediately and contact me.
Please report any damage within 14 days of delivery. Damaged prints qualify for free replacement.
