Ars Silentium Photography Makes Your Space a Better Place

Poetic Art

A divider, once mute in its demand,
No more, with marvellous art in your hand.
It yields a breeze of brisk vitality,
Which relieves your wall from triviality.

My art feels enticing and poetic,
With its striking and pleasing aesthetic.
It refines your dwelling, I hope for sure,
A haven from chaos ever to endure.

Nature, with its tranquil, calming effect,
In today’s rush, a welcoming deflect.
Decelerating, relaxing, and keen,
My art on your wall emits a peaceful scene.

A poet’s pen shows more than the outer layer of reality. Similar to how a camera lens uncovers hidden dimensions. The camera discovers things, thoughts and feelings you cannot see. Photos turn into poems of light and dark. All images reveal a stanza. Each frame carries a verse. In these, I try to express my emotions, comparable to poetry. Both arts exceed the ordinary, seizing the quintessence. Ars Silentium Photography illustrates this.

Edgar Allan Poe, Alfred, Lord Tennyson, and George Gordon, Lord Byron entice readers. I appreciate their talent for rendering the intangible. They excelled in penning words of emotion and originality.

Museum Quality Prints

Ars Silentium Photography at the office.

Whether Canson Rag Fine Art paper prints,
Or Alu Dibond without any stints.
My artwork’s quality holds a warm mood,
The aura of your room shall feel renewed.

The prints I offer come in large and small,
And make a good impression on your wall.
A professional lab inspects each piece,
Then sends it forth in protective release.

Ars Silentium Photography on Two Different Media

Canson Arches Aquarelle Rag Fine Art Paper

Artists call Fine Art prints also Giclée prints. French printmaker Jack Duganne introduced them in the early 1990s. The term giclée has its roots in the French verb meaning to spray forth liquid. With this method, an inkjet printer sprays ink onto a surface.

The print you get uses Epson UltraChrome Pro pigments on premium cotton paper. Canson Arches Aquarelle Rag has a watercolour texture and a natural feel. It has a grammage of 310 g/m2, with a glossy level resembling a deep matte finish.

Canson has remained a manufacturer of Fine Art paper since 1557. Jacques Montgolfier, the founder, established the business. In 1801, the name Canson first emerged. Canson uses a traditional cylinder mould process for its paper mills today. It stands as the only paper company in France doing this.
One of its benefits lies in the production of paper resembling handmade paper. But without the disadvantages like defects and irregularities.

The prints do not have a frame or white border.

Aluminium Dibond

Dibond, invented in the mid-1960s, emerged as a brand name for a rigid composite material. Today, it belongs to the Swiss company 3A Composites.
Advancing technology in the 1990s enabled printing on Aluminium Dibond. Since then, the media has evolved into the material artists most like to use. Galleries and museums also favour Dibond to present works of art.

Two 3 mm thin, white-coated aluminium plates sandwich a black polyethene core. A 7-colour printing process with UV Fine Art inks produces a durable image.
Dibond withstands both UV exposure and moisture, making it well-suited for protected outdoor spaces. Also appropriate for bathrooms and kitchens, with colours remaining vivid. Its matte surface stays free of reflections. Lighter areas have a slight shimmer.

How I Calculate my Ars Silentium Photography Prices

The Ars Silentium Photography price amounts to three times more than the photo lab’s. With shipping, fees, and vouchers included.
Transportation and customs duty in Europe total €20 to €40. For large prints, postage to other parts of the world can reach €300. Vouchers come to €10. And the rest ends up as my pay.

Outdoor work and image processing take time and dedication. I sometimes come home empty-handed. Finding compositions within forests and woodlands with the right mood demands perseverance. I do not know what I might uncover. Or whether I will discover anything at all.
Maintaining the Ars Silentium Photography website also has its costs. I do everything myself.

Partnership with Tree-Nation

Trees are important. Therefore, I partnered with Tree-Nation, whose goal lies in reforestation. The cost of planting a tree has decreased since Tree-Nation’s beginning in 2006. Backed by sponsors, the price fell from €50 to around €1.
For every Ars Silentium Photography image you buy, you receive a voucher from the company. You can then plant ten trees, which contributes to global reforestation efforts.
To see planting projects, visit Tree-Nation‘s website.
